MYM Rescinds Agreement with BioHemp Naturals

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, August 24, 2019 – MYM Nutraceuticals Inc., (CSE: MYM) (OTCBB: MYMMF) (“MYM” or the “Company”) announces it has executed a rescission agreement with BioHemp Naturals Growing & Farming Ltd. (“BioHemp”), a licensed hemp cultivator in the business of cultivating and distributing CBD-rich hemp biomass to licensed producers in Canada.

The order for rescission, once granted, will result in the transaction which closed on August 1, 2019 being treated as if it never occurred. In keeping with this, the purchase price of $2.5 million and 6,000,000 million shares of MYM will be returned to MYM and MYM will return the shares of BioHemp. The order for rescission requires court approval which is expected to take 4 to 6 weeks.  Given both parties are in agreement with the granting of the order, no delays are expected.
